All supervision sessions are completely confidential.

The workbook is intended for personal use only and should not be copied or redistributed.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could inform me as soon as you are aware that you are unable to attend an appointment. Notification less than 24hrs to your session may incur a partial fee.

Fees are payable by cash or internet banking at the end of the session. If your employer is meeting the cost of your supervision, they employer will be invoiced and payment within 14 days is requested. I will contact the relevant administration person regarding this.
